Default Shaft Length?

Anyone know how to tell if your motor is a 20 or 25 in shaft?
Thanks.

its easy to tell just by looking at it by eye....wish i had a pic of a 20" parts motor next to my 25"...its easy to see....look at a few bass boats(20's) an a few bay boats(mostly 25's) and you'll see the difference in the midsections
