VUDU SHRIMP is the best hard head and sailcat bait out there.......Make a double rig and get 2 at a time....No really I been trying them out just to see how durable they really are and so far I caught numerous sailcats , hardheads , sheephead , which I'll take , and over a limit of trout and undersize trout on the same double rig.... Them things is tough.....Fished today out of dulac with 15+ mph winds with water muddy enough to plant tomato's and caught undersize specks , hard heads , inside the marsh on the VUDU white chart. tail.

I been using the Vudu shrimp as well and they hold up better than I thought they would. And yes they catch there fair share of hard heads and gaftops for sure. Last weekend I had a Cobia follow it up to the boat and almost took it. That would have been a fight on the spec pole.

Nice. I was wondering about the hook too. Is that the old hook or the new one? All the ones I have are the old style hook.
