Default First wade trip of the year ;-)

Went wadeing Sat near Holly beach and found a few hungry trout. The wind was slack and we got most of our fish on top. I didnt have a net so we lost a efw but we ended the day with 8 trout in the box and one that went 4 1/2 lbs. I will eb back at it next weekend....hope this nice weather holds up.

Nice mess of fish, thanks for the report and pic. It's good to see reports coming in from the beach. I love surf fishing!

I'm going to make a trip down to the beach sometime this week.

Nice! If nothing gets in my way I will be out there next weekend as well. What were you catching them on? Were you fishing near the rocks?

When you going back to work Mr Shaw? I'm planning to make 3 maybe 4 trips to the beach in the next week and a half. You're welcome to come.
