Default Youth Report

Well headed out yesterday morning and put more brush on the blind, got everything like I like it, set out a few decoys and got my 9year old settled. As he was loading up, 4 blue wing in the decoys, flew off before he could get a bead on them. Few minutes later, about 30 greenwing, in the decoys, again flew off before he could sight one in. Few minutes later 5 greys in the decoys, 3 shots only feathers....... Later on 8 drake weidgon in the decoys, 3 shots only feathers. He was disappointed, but said it was really fun that he was the only one who could shoot....LOL. Saw plenty ducks and for the other three of us in the boat who couldn't shoot it was pure torture!!!!! LMAO. I need to get the stock shorten again on his gun as he still can't quite shoulder it up and be comfortable, of course he tells me this after the fact. We all had a great time. By the way we were hunting public land.
