Default Getting a new title

So, I've owned my property now for 13 years.
There has always been and old Dilly trailer in the back in the woods.

I am considering have a little mud boat made and this trailer just might work.
Of course it will need some work.

before I spend the cheese to make this thing road worthy, how hard is it to get a title for an abandoned trailer?

Hopefully it's not stolen, the neighbors all think it belonged to the now deceased old owner of the property.

What you guys think?
Worth the trouble?

Replace the tongue on it, and if you completely rebuild it...you can claim it as home made and have it restamped by a trooper..hell give you all the paperwork to bring to the DMV..

Pain in the star for an individual. Get with a notary familiar with titles and, it may be a little easier.

Btw, I still have something for you in my truck!...
