Default Home fried chicken

The wife Peg was amazed to know I fried chicken in Zatairans fish fry and have all my life. I didn't know it at the time but it always has been gluten free and Peg can eat it. Worked out great and every once and a while I fix her some. It's every bit as good as store bought and way cheaper and she doesn't hafta wory about getting sick from it.
