anybody have any reccomendations for a good one? around $50 or so.

We use a fry daddy a lot and they have several sizes

wal mart has some fryers that are a bit bigger than the fry daddy that have the top that closes before you fry . less than 30 bucks . i think the brand is west bend??/

I ended up getting a prodaddy or something like that. a little bigger with adjustable tempature nob. I get reward points at work so it was free hope it works well.

I have 2 of the GE stainless steel fryers.
Love em.
Has a timer , and knob to set ur temp.
Also let's u know when the oil is at the wanted temp by a green light .
