Like the Flinstones
Massive rack of ribs with the backbone and loins still attached. It was late last night and the hog cleaning job wasn't the prettiest but it will taste great in a few more hours. Don't tell me you didn't get the Flinstone reference lol

It turned our good. That was a 50 lb chunk of hog. Bones included obviously. My pit is 4' wide and I had to turn it sideways a bit. That was a big hog.
