Default Pond bass 11/26

I had planned on going to big Alabama this afternoon, but the weather kept me inside. So instead I travelled away from the weather to a pond that normally has some pretty decent bass and this is some of what we caught. Btw I thought I had a GIANT bass!!!

haha it would have... I had to release her.. No where to put it and the owner of the pond likes that I released her back. They released 12 op's in the pond a while back. I guess she was one of them.

Pond is about 3 acres, very well managed by the owner. He takes better care of it than most people take care of their 60k boats. Keeps water at particular level, controls growth of grass, was stocked with 4000 coppernose bream and chiquapin that he feeds nearly every day, and throws and couple sacks of crawfish in there every now and then for the bass, which are a crossbread of northern and florida bass. He truely does it right.
