Thats crazy . I did read in the CCA magazine that this is the time of year for trophy black drum in texas .

Didn't they also have an article about sheepshead in that issue of Tide. I flipped threw it when I got it, saw those 2 articles, and threw it in the trash. Wasn't wasting my time reading about that crap.

I have never ever met a better drum fisherman than this guy. He guarantees that you will catch fish and every time I see him at the dock he has a cooler full of drum. He also catches trout and reds but his main goal is drum and he is good at it. http://www.captnoegarza.com/

I can't seem to be able to catch a Sheephead.
I try every time I go fishing, but I guess I am not one of the lucky ones.

But I do I catch about one Big Nasty a year.

If you want to catch sheephead go to leeville in the marsh. They are there by the thousands.
