Sure, romney says he is about states rights, but on reality he is just another political puppet. It is a shame and disgrace that Ron Paul wasn't given much attention.

I'm not religiously affiliated, but a Mormon over a Muslim doesn't seem much better. I'll vote for Romney, but don't expect much change.

Amen!! Cut the bill down a couple of pages so the "common man" can read and analyze it and let the people vote. I bet those lefty's would change their minds quick. Problem is the politicians didn't read the bill either, so they had no clue what they voted for. With all the earmarks probably hidden in that thing the money will never make it to health insurance for the poor. The gov't is gonna sell more bonds to pay for the healthcare and then we're in even more debt. The American dream...... "It's not what you can afford, but what you can borrow!!"

I wouldn't bet on it.....You know I deal in the political world very heavy and everything I know about it and have read (yes, I read the right wing and left wing sites), there are a lot of mechanisms that have to take place for this to fall into place. It's not as easy as what the left wingers are describing and not as tragic as the right wingers are screaming either.

I have a few conference calls next week over this issue and will PM you next week with what I find out.

there is merit to the point that Now obama has to defend a tax that he said he would not do. It can also be overturned by a 51% vote of both houses but since the dems control one house that has a snoballs chance in hell of passing.

Thanks. I figure this is at least a black eye for Obama since it goes to show he has lied about taxing the people any more than what was on them.

There's a lot that will go into this, I'm sure and, even more that I won't appreciate but, this article was kind a funny spin on things.
