Default Need galvanized roof

Where can I have a one piece galvanized aluminum roof made to fit on top of my 5x5 deer blind? I would like to have it fit like a cap with 2 inch lip on it and a bit raised in the center to allow water to roll off.

I have never heard of "galvanized Aluminum". Do you mean galv. steel?

Most steel roofing material is designed to overlap when you install it. Maybe you can get a piece 10 foot long material.....cut it in half and install it. Use the sheet metal screws that have a rubber washer. Galvalume (sp) is what is used on most metal buildings, but cheaper material would do just fine for a blind.

As for the slope......you might have to cut a 2x4 or 2x6 "long ways". Install this on the roof before you put on the roofing material. I can cut it for you if you need some help.

We use endura on our roofs. It's made of a composite material. Tends to be much cooler than Tin

Get the 2 5' pieces and just put the caulk on the seam. It will be fine. If you want it all in one. You will have to get a metal works shop to bend it for you. Will not be very cheap. I bet

I was thinking more of the material that is used in manufacturing air conditioner units. That type of thin sheet metal. I was thinking that maybe an a/c repairman could fashion something like this.

I don't want to use sheets of tin because the strong wind picks up on the corners and pulls it up and tears near the screw.

What you need is a sheet metal mechanic. They can do that.
