me too man! I talked to paul from thibideaux farms in mermentau tuesday and he said that his rice fields are startng to get some teal in them. My brother-n-law said he saw a flock of about 20 in lyons point the other dayalso.

I saw a few in grand chenier the other day at my place also. The first week of next month, and get some little fronts and good moons and we should really start seeing some. I can't wait!!!!

A buddy of mine from klondike called me yesterday and said they starting to see some teal in the area. Looks like the sightings are strarting to pick up. Come on sept i'm ready football season starts, cooler weather and teal hunting man i can't wait.

Just think guys 2 weekends from now we'll be sitting in the marsh/fields waiting on shooting time and the first flock to mess up and committ suicide. Man i can't wait please get her before i go insane!!!!!!

Wifes uncle called me this morning and looks like i'll be in mermentau cove opening morning. He pumped the water to it this week and he said the next day the teal were starting to use it. I'll be headed there tomm to get it set up and see what it looks like. He told me the field about 400 yrds away is 2nd crop rice and it's holding at least a couple thousand birds. Come on next saturday before i go crazy!!!!
