Default Any reports from the cove? With all this rain any specks arround?

I might have a few hrs to fish on Saturday. Just curious if it would be worth it??

yeah probably really bad! Go hit the basin, bass should be hitting. If I wasn't stuck in Colorado for 3 weeks, I'd be all over it!

Yeah I thought about hitting bute la rose. Just figured I would try a couple more time at the point before the specks are gone. Havnt been in a couple mths

I fished the bay today if you wanna call it that. I burned some gas looking for any sign of life. Water conditions varied from a$$ juice to a$$ froth. Felt like the scene of a crime.

LOL, went yesterday and it was bad. Cove was muddy, went into Marsh island and found clean water but bait was holding on the bottom in big schools. the highlight of the day was the 3rd cast when a chartreuse tail was hit and pulled off. rest of the day, not a hit. Tried shrimp on the bottom and kept the same piece on all day.

Im frying my bait shrimp tonight for dinner...

I was in West Cove yesterday (Sunday 1/18), water was stained, fresh, and really low. Fished for 3 hours, not even a bump.
