Default Ebola strikes BL?

I have cut up plenty if reds but this is first time I've ever seen this. Wondering if anyone can provide any insight what it may be or if anyone ever seen this before? Part of the meat and a clay-like substance. If it's Ebola, everyone please stop fishing BL - go to Sabine. No Ebola there.

Looks like crap. Dont guess your knife hit the crap sack and wedged it into the meat?

I don't think so. This was really embedded in there. It could be possible I guess but this really seemed to be part of the meat.

I caught one in that area that had a hole in its belly the size of an arrow, i could see into its body. Cleaned it when I got back and it had a similar gunk built up in it.
