Cream cheese, little bit of fig, inside half a jap. Wrap in bacon

There's always the marinated duck breast with japs and cream cheese in the middle wrapped in bacon

I use fresh jalapeno's cut in half and de-seed. I stuff with a 50/50 mixture of boudin and cream cheese, wrap in a THIN piece of bacon.... Sprinkle with a little Tony's mixed with brown sugar.

You can throw them on the pit or cook them in the oven on 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

If you have a convection oven that really crisp the bacon up. But the grill will crisp it also.

I have found that the thick cut bacon is hard to get it to cook crispy.

Split peppers, seed and cut out the veins. Stuff with one Lil Smokie sausage and cream cheese. Put the two halves back together and wrap with thick bacon. I like to cook mine over charcoal.

I'll take my salty cash in 20s please

Fresh jalapeños halved and seeded, stuff with seasoned shrimp marinated in Italian dressing and put a chunk of pepper jack cheese in with a shrimp on the half. Wrap dat with some thick bacon and cook with indirect over charcoal.

Just typing it got me hungry. I'm stopping to get some ingredients now!!
