Default would it even be worth it

Was planning on hitting big lake this tuesday, was wondering if it would even be worth the 2 1\2 drive for me bc of all this rain? Wouldnt all the fresh water just push them to the south end, any advice and pointers would be appreciated, dont wanna make that drive for nothing
