2 lbs of 20-25 count shrimp peeled and devein
Flour
Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
garlic powder
2 beaten eggs

Dip shrimp in egg wash, put salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste with flour and roll you shrimp into it, then press your shrimp into the panko bread crumbs. Then bake at 410 degrees 6 minutes on each side for a total of 12 minutes. Really a great alternative to frying shrimp. Drizzle a little olive oil on the foil to prevent sticking.

Do this a lot myself. Stays crispy. Much healthier and the kids love it too. Good eats!
