Default Bubba Grilled Salmon

The other day I picked up some salmon at Costco to throw on the grill. I got the Keg heated up and tossed a small chunk of alder on the smoldering lump charcoal and immediately the fantastic aroma began to seep from the keg's top vent. I love that smell!
After it got up around 275* I put the salmon on for a slow cook.'
It initially had a basil butter on top with a couple of sprigs of dill.

Done and ready to come off.

While I had the grill going I decided to grill a couple of links of fresh green onion sausage.

One Heck of a delicious meal!
