Can you tell me how big the boudin balls are and what they charge per ball?
Going to make 3 different types . smoked pepper jack , 3 alarm pepper jack and smoked cheddar stuffed balls. bread them IQF then vac seal .
will have them for sale in the next couple a weeks so that you can fry at home or the camp and eat em while they're hot

Lil smaller than a tennis ball. Seems like they were around $2. Dink would know for sure on price.
