Sept birthday planning FISHING!

Hello all,

I'm not for sure if I want a bay or gulf fishing charter, but I do want to go fishing with some kind of guiding service or professional for my big 40 birthday September 21. I'm not wanting to start a pissing contest on who's better, just what would YOU do to celebrate your 40th (fishing wise). I'm kinda a cheap type of dude, so I'll budget around 200 for this excursion.

I love sheepshead and flounder, not too excited about redfish (taste wise), never had trout.. !!!

Desperate for ideas in CENLA
