1. All Federal and State rules and regulations will apply. Violations will result in disqualification of the entire team.
2. Safe boating conduct will be observed AT ALL TIMES. 3. Each competitor is required to wear a Coast Guard approved P.F.D while operating gas engineaximum of three (3) anglers per team. Entry fee is $60 per boat and per two (2) man kayak team. 4. There will be a cash payout of: 10 or more boats: 1st place = 50% of all entry fees 2nd place = 30% of all entry fees 3rd place = 20% of all entry fees 9 or less boats 1st place = 60% of all entry fees 2nd place = 40% of all entry fees 5. Side Pot: (Optional) - $5 per angler, largest bass. Side pot will have a 100% payout of monies collected. In case of a tie, length of the fish will determine the winner 6. Fishing hours will begin at 6:15 am and contestants must be in the weigh-in line at Fin and Feather Marina by 4:00 pm. Late penalty will be 1 pound per minute late. Disqualification after 15 minutes late. 7. Weigh in of fish may begin at 3:00 pm. 8. Contestants may launch anywhere on the lake. 9. All fish must be caught on a rod and reel. 10. No fish may be accepted from or given to another team. 11. Boat or kayak fishing are all permitted within the stated boundaries. 12. Only artificial lures may be used. Exception being prepared pork trailers. 13. Heaviest LEGAL 5 bass stringer will win. 14. Only largemouth or spotted (Kentucky) bass will be weighed 15. Largemouth must be 14" in length Spotted bass no size limit. NOTE: spotted bass is defined as a black bass with a tooth patch on the tongue. 16. One rod and reel may be used at a time. 17. Boundaries: Participants may fish anywhere on Toledo Bend. 18. In case of a tie, heaviest fish of the stringer will determine the winner. 19. All Tournament Committee rulings are FINAL 20. Sponsors and organizers are not responsible for any accident or injury, nor loss, damage, or theft to any property. 21. IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, THIS EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED, IF FOR ANY REASON EVENT CANNOT BE HELD ALL ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED 22. There will be a ½ pound bonus awarded if more than 3 fish in the stringer are weighed in alive. 23. Entry fees must be paid Friday at Fin and Feather between the hours of 4pm-11pm or you may pay in person before the date of the tournament locally. Each person will be given a receipt for payment and name and team will be recorded for entry/weigh in |
