3 1/2 hours and the first coat of sauce goes on and the pot of beans go in the pit.
After 5 hours its time to eat.
It aint ready until the sauce turns into a sticky glaze. IMO

Sorry the pics where so far apart. Got the first two uploaded then my internet crashed. Had to finish the upload the next day.
The ribs where great though. I love to cook and I love people that love to cook. To me its more of a feeling than a science. Recipes are great but you cant beat just cooking by feel. It was passed on to us without us knowing. Some of our siblings didn't get it. I love people that feel a passion for cooking.
The food I see posted here makes me smile. Signate, Matt G, Meaux fishing(didn't mean to leave anyone out)make me more proud to be a part of this site. Cook because you love it and feel it. J
