Default Pork Tenderloin Sliders

I forgot that pork tenderoins are usually packaged two to a pack and cut two packs open with the intention of only cooking two. I remembered this as I slid two out of each package. Oh well! I'm sure they won't go to waste. I seasoned two with my "Wild" rub and two with the Citrus Blend. When just about done I glazed one of each with my Blueberry & Raspberry Chipotle sauce.
A few links of boudin on the griil too!

The two tenderloins with the sauce.

Hard to beat grilled/smoked boudin!

Sliced and ready to eat.

Time to eat!!!

A while back, I saw that Krogers had some Pork tenderloins on sale for $ 1.67/lb.

I asked my wife to get one when she went into town. She said that she was not going near one of their store......but I talked her into getting one.

After I cooked it on the BBQ pit, she said she would watch for another sale and get another one. It was "WOW" good......almost did not need a knife to cut it.

I get them stuffed. Sausage, jalapeno, cream cheese. Then smoke. Real good!

If you have some knife skills, cut and unroll one. place a layer of boudin on the meat and roll it back up .Tie w/ butchers string and smoke or bbq.
