I used to work with an old man who had a big long Oldsmobile Delta 88 with a set of buck shots on the back.

Come deer season it was on. He would come to work on Monday and have mud slung all over that car lol.....

It works. I used to pull an aluminum boat with a 1983 Malibu Chevrolet car. The first car that I owned in high school. Had a small V8 in it. No shame in depending upon how bad you want to go fishing/hunting. Of course, I am not sure the transmission will hold out over time.....

I had an old Buick Electra 225 Limited when I was in high school. It was about 3' shorter than a school bus.
I put mudders on it during hunting season.

My pawpaw never owned a truck in his life. He pulled a 21' Sabre Hull with a 115 on it all over Chauvin. That's the boat, motor, trailer, trawl, 5 or 6 ice chest full if shrimp. That old black Mercury Grand Marquis caught hell.

My grand paw was the same way, except he was a Caprice Classic man lol..... He treated it like a truck. Made many a fishing trip with the rods hanging out the back window. I would give anything for one last ride with him.
