You need 4 or 5 more degrees of pitch to get to your ideal rpm and speed range. Should be quick!

well took it out this past days off with the wife and friends, 5 of us all together, caught some crabs in rockefeller and I got one rat red...motor gave me the fits though, runs great on top end with ice chest of crabs and one full of cold drinks still needs 2-3 pitches on the prop, the issue is just at idle in gear took forever to get out the no wake zones..talked to some mech.'s, I need to do some linkage adjustment and Im gonna add an elec. fuel pump. I believe that the aftermarket vacuum pump doesnt put out enough on low rpm's..has any of you SC guys had experience with these motors???
