05 25hp merc question

It's a 05 25 merc 2 stroke pull start

The issue I'm having is it's a PITA to start when it's cold. ( <40 F) any other time it will fire right up in only 1-3 pulls. Fought it for 45 minutes this morning... Two weeks ago it cranked right up no issued and it ran like a top.

Anyone have an ideas or suggestions or a suggestion to where I can bring it to get checked out? I live in Lafayette but I'm in the Lake Charles area frequently.

change the plugs and see what happens from there. thats what they are going to do 1st and charge u 60 $ or more .
