Default Fish cleaning stations around the area

Hey all,

I usually bring my fish home to Lafayette to clean but I think it would be nice to be able to clean them before coming home. I've been concentrating on the Prien Lake area so far, launching at 210 and last weekend at Prien Lake Park (Thanks for the tip Raymond, I'll probably launch there from now on).

I've never noticed a public cleaning station there, so I was wondering if there was one, or what might be the closest ones to that area. Also, what is the etiquette for using a public station? What do you bring? Electric knife, something to put the filets in, soap to wash hands after, maybe trash bags?

Thanks for any input.

Bring some pelican repellant with you. And don't go bare footed.

Ellender's launch has a pretty good cleaning station like inchspinner said. Cats are the problem over there though, those little suckers will steal whole trout if you're not looking!

Ellenders launch cleaning table is starting to lean.

There is talk about making the 210 beach area just launches and fishing areas like Cal. Point. And making Prien Park launch area a beach.
It all depends on how the new casino road issue comes out.

There are a lot of people fighting it.
They are talking about wiping out all the boat clubs on the North side of I-210, by the Yak launch and dog training areas. They will move them to the Cal. Point area if they do this.
Another plan is to take out only 1 boat club, last one to East.

Default Cypremort Point

Any public cleaning stations around Cypremort Point? Heck I didn't know these stations even existed. Of all the launches with cleaning stations in the Big Lake area are these state owned or pay per use private launches?
