First time to LA
Hey guys I hate to be the new guy/non-local but I'm headed to LA (Avery Island area, I think
 ) for the first time and really want to bring my yak with me and get some fishing done. I usually fish in FL/AL so I'll be out of my element for sure. From the research I've done it looks like Cypremort Point State Park is the closest area I could target reds or trout from but everything I've read says it will probably be straight fresh water. I can adapt to that too but I figured I'd get y'alls opinions or advice if it's not imposing. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
