Never fished Biglake before,I hear about it from you guys and a friend that stays in lake charles named Chris E. I have a 16 ft aluminum semi v bottom boat with 50 hp motor,Chris E says the water can get rough at times thats why i fish under the 2/10 loop.

A friend called this afternoon, and we are planning to go fishing Big Lake in the AM. We hope the winds are not tooooooooo bad. Will we need a rain coat????

The winds in Cameron are blowing 20 mph out of the south right now.

It doesn't show anything over 20 mph for tomorrow morning.......we will be ok?????

10 PM news showed that the rain should hold off until late morning. I got the rain coat packed and extra dry cloths.....just in case.

We have done some really crazy stuff hunting and fishing over the years.....this should not make the top 5 list.
