Default Blood Orange Short Ribs & Veggies

The wife has been out of town and I wanted to cook dinner without her involvement so she could recuperate from the long driving. I started with the potatoes, New Potatoes Herbs De Provence. while those were boiling a bit til tender I steamed the carrots for Honey Butter & Dill Carrots.
These were delicious!

I forgot to get pctures while cooking the carrots but you'll see them plated.
The short ribs on the Primo Oval Jr. sauced with that Blood Orange & Jalapeno Pepper sauc I made last night.

I couldn't decide which plated picture to post so here's two different angles.

The sauce was absolutely fantastic! I hope to find time this weekend to make a big batch and can some. I wish I had thought about making this stuff all Winter long with these oranges. Mmm.........Mmmmmmmmm.......

Looks awesome! How did you cook the potatoes? You boiled them first to get em tender then in the skillet?

I like to roast em in the oven like that but your method looks better thanks
