Default Lemon Pepper Wings

Broke out the kitchen shears and got these going while cleaning up the boat this afternoon...

Quick, cheap, easy and flippin' good !!!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Get some fresh wings and separate the drumettes from the wing and discard the wing "tip". Good kitchen shears work great for this.

Cover a large lipped pan or cookie sheet with foil. Place wings and drumettes skin side down on the foil... Cover liberally with lemon pepper, garlic salt, Tony's, etc... (onion powder tends to burn, don't use it)

Place in oven for 25 mins.

Remove after 25 mins, flip them over and re-season...

Put them back in for another 20 mins...

Pull them again, flip again, season again and (now the skin is back up again) place broiler on LOW, put back in the oven till the skin starts sizzling and crisps up.

That's it guys !!!

I already dusted that batch Worked up quite the appetite not catching fish this morning !!!
