Man those are some good looking rods. I wish I did more offshore fishing. I would definately pick up a few of them.

Bruce, look at the construction and quality of parts used..........it'll be here tomorrow, ill let ya know............I looked at similar rids for 300 bucks.......

are these too heavy for bottom fishing around 50 -100 ft rigs? if so what should i be looking for?

i used an extra extra heavy 7' falcon with calcutta 700 for reef fishys, 30# line

You wouldn't have much fight with these.......hell, you may not even know you got a fish on........he sells some lighter stuff too......just give him a call, real nice fella

I got rod today.....all I can say is wow!!! Wish I had camera with me.....the butt is all aluminum, and removable.......6 roller eyes, leather wrapped handle......just beautiful!!!
