Default Marina:

I would like some feedback on the idea of a new, well equiped marina that would be located in Hackberry right on the channel. Have ample parking, store, food, gas, bait and everything else. Would like to have cabins for rent for the out of towners. Boat lifts and stalls. The idea is in the early stages of planning but could very well be a reality in the near future. Thanks :

I think that is a good idea but there is some competition already. I wonder if something like that on the East side of the lake wouldn't be better. As far as launches go, there aren't nearly as many on the Lake Charles side.

Larger slips for offshore rigs would be nice. Competition is always good. Another supplier for fuel and bait can not hurt.
