FlagUS Mississippi Trout Slayers!

Nov 17, A great Saturday morning trout slam for Jay Hughes and his family. Along with Jay was his wife Chris and 10 yr old daughter Patricia. We didn't leave the Lakehouse until nearly 7:30 as we wanted it to warm up a bit for the girls. At our first stop we started whacking the trout immediately with the trio catching fish every cast on the Highlife Big Eye under a cork. I was using a bunker swim bait and the trout couldn't resist it! Only made one stop catching 73 trout by 11:00 am and was back at the dock by 11:30. All our fish were 14-18 inches and Jay and the family had a great time doing the DU! I sure had a great time fishing with this family I they are coming back to DU it again. Good luck fishing.
