Default Toggle switch question.

This Morning I noticed one of the lights were on on my switch board on mu console. it was the bilge pump switch but it was in the off position. Ill check when i get home to see of it went off.
Could just be moisture on the switch...
What could be causing this to happen.

Normally ANC stands for anchor I think. 3 way switch. Up is nav, bottom is ANC, and middle is off. Up and down are both closed and middle is open. I think
