I gotta savage .270wsm w accu trigger. Love the speed and punch of that round. Only 1/9 deer I shot with it since I bought it has taken a step and that's because I missed it. 325yds in a window the size of a coffee mug. I miss judged bc of elevation. Nice scope man. U gonna love it

I just bought the gun last year when I decided to get into hunting, I had a Nikon monarch scope on it which was fine I just wanted something a little more powerful and clear . But yes so far I really like how flat the 270wsm shoots and the knock down power. What bullets are you shooting?

I got the same scope on my 300wsm browning. But mines 4-12x50. You will love it. That Tikka is a bad gun too.

My buddy that has the conquest. He has it on a tikka .270 reg. that gun/scope is a deadly combo. If you shoot down highlines look into getting a sunshade. Makes a difference to me for anything over 250

Nice scope....I also shoot .270. Every gun seems to like a certain brand of ammo. I shoot hornady interlock 150 grain in my browning bar, drives nails.

The Nikon monarch is a nice scope but not in the same league as Zeiss/Leupold VX3/Meopta Scopes.
They really make a difference early & late in low light when the big bucks are still out and about.

I shoot the federal Barnes triple shock 160 grain in 7mm wsm. By far the baddest bullet I have ever used. Since shooting these bullets I have never had to track one deer. My dad borrowed my gun a few years back to go on an elk hunt and dropped a big bull dead in his tracks at 350 yards.
