I stuff it myself...I just fillet a whole breast, cut it into some chunks, smear some cream cheese in it, slap a couple jalapenos on top, wrap it up in some bacon, and stick a toothpick in it. I have a elevated rack i put it on, then i set the rack in a pan to catch the drippings. Bake it on 375 for about 20 minutes on each a side.
