Default ? Grill'n Gator

Daughter brought us some Alligator "Legs" from Herberts in Maurice.
They are in some sort of red marinade i suppose something like Tonys.
What should I rubbem' with or marinade them with ? Oh yea I will be Grillin'em on the Egg.

Since they're seasoned already, you can just throw them on the grill. Hebert's is usually pretty good with their seasoning.

Grilled em up last night along with homemade au gratin potatoes, proscuitto
(ham) wrapped asparagus and big loaf of Italian bread. All cooked on the
BG Egg.....Dang fine eat'n
