Default Another 7-steak thread

Inspired by Big-C's post yesterday, I decided to scratch out a 7-steak gravy. It smells soooo good in my kitchen right now.Used some tasso from Mels in Reddell in my gravy and in my green beans. Cut up some home grown tomatoes, cucumbers, cayenne and banana peppers and will try to get a plate pic when everything is ready.

Thanks for the inspiration Big-C, I am starving

Dammit boy! That looks way better than the garbage pizza I had to stomach at that damn Gatti's Town. That whole place is disgusting!
