Default 7-steak and sausage with snap beans

Lil-C and I smothered 2 pounds of steak and sausage and cut some tomatoes and cucumbers and cooked some rice,dessert is Blue Bell buttered pecan ice cream.

We ate too much,we are going ride out to the duck blind now,advantage of living 15 min from hunting area.

Man that looks good... How's it look out at the farm? I haven't been out there since rabbit season. Is there a lot of rice planted?

I would have to guess about 800 acres,that's a reduction of three to four. Hundred if I had to guess,but things look ok

Seven steak is my favorite gravy hands down!!! I grilled some last night on the pit and smothered it in a little beer, chicken broth, and dr. Pepper. It was good, but nothing like that gravy right there.

Big-C, have you ever tried the bone-in tasso from Teets? Its my favorite, going to pick some up this afternoon.

That's some of the best pork sausage around. Y'all need to try a Tasso roast that is stuffed from T Boys

You want the original stuffed Tasso (and the best in my opinion). You gotta go to Mel's at Lakeview on Hwy 13 between Mamou and Eunice! I've never tried any of their other meat but theirs is the best stuffed Tasso roast around.
