Default 1st Chicken &Sausage Sauce Piquante

I tried my hand at making a dish I usually wouldn't care for. For some reason I just wanted to try to make it. I was very impressed with how it turned out. Even my pregnant wife enjoyed it.

Looks Great. We love the stuff and make it often. we use a baking hen cause its tougher and stands up to long time cooking. Here is a deer meat versikon that was just wonderful and easy to do in a crock pot.

Looks good. If you brown your sausage and chicken before adding the other stuff you will get an even better flavor.
