Default Only 6-1/2 months away til Teal Season......
I had to go to my in laws in Rayne this weekend and while I was there made a drive to my lease South of Kaplan......stopped and visited with the land owner since she was trying to get a farmer to plant rice this year. Looks like it will be set aside again (we have a lot of wild marsh grass and indigo) this year again which I rather than rice!

Hope we have another 16 day teal season.....

Definitely ready for some teal, this past season was the dogs first season and I can tell he is ready to get out there again

I am lucky that I have had access to two dogs. Plus one of the guys I share my lease with got a lab last year and she will be ready for the upcoming season so now I have access to 3.... l love watching the dogs work.
