Salt is easier to catch a box full but to to slang biguns (trout or bass) it takes skill/work.
I've bass fished my whole life and I've caught 3 right at 6lbs
I've dedicated my last 10 years to trout
Caught a bunch of 6s four over 7 and a 9
If i would be bass fish as hard as I trout fish imagine results would be similar

You're right... and if i spend time bass fishing places other than the river Id probably find some bigger bass. only fish toledo maybe twice a year.

I'm looking to pick up a few sponsors for my bream tournament career I'm fixing to start. I'm gona win the Breammaster Classic this year. I'll be the only one fishing the tourney so I think I have a shot at the trophy this year. Came in second last year but I'm not letting the other guy fish this year.:*****:
