Default Coot Shoot 2013! (1080p VIDEO)

Here's a video of my buddies and I at our annual Coot Shoot. Last day of the season we go and help this farmer get rid of a few thousand American Coots that are ripping up his fields/crops. Lotta fun with the family and they have hundreds of people that show up out there. Almost everyone limits (15 Coots per person). Hope y'all enjoy.

Breast them to make sausage. They eat the same thing the other duck eat so they taste damn good!

That's hilarious, Coots are more fun to shoot than ducks IMO.
Also, That looks like a LDWF hunter safety video!

Mix with pork. Not sure about the portions but I can find out and let you know. I take care of the videos and they take care of the food.

Default Poopdoo Sausage

Pork fat is the ticket when mixing it. Without it it will cook dry. Ratio wise, we just mixed some and cooked patties in the skillet to see how it came out. Once we got it to our liking, start filling the caseings.
