What the stainless apparatus in the front, fryer?
Nice work, seen you posted it on FB, I like how you have the doors. |

Yes, it's 4 basket fryer. I've still got to plumb everything into the fryer and, the smoker. I also have a sink and, some cabinets that will be loaded soon. I just couldn't wait any longer to use it!

Your cut outs look like you used a track but that would be almost impossible. Very clean lines Corey.

Thanks man. It really has been fun building this thing! Quote:
Metacryl. It's industrial stuff and, pretty tough. My vendor has a store in Kenner and, sells it there. Good stuff! |

Man there is something great about a good pit. I love it when you can walk by them and smell the smoke.
I really like the sliding racks you have. That is a sweet set up. 120 on the quarters is awesome. You feed it wood or charcoal? Mixter? |

That's a sweet pit. If there is room for more racks you could increase that 120#s to 200 to 250#s of chicken. Is it wood with gas assist.

All wood burning. I think I'll run this setup through '14 and, hopefully kick off '15 with a new rig. I've been looking at a few different setups here lately that have my attention. Ya never know what'll happen though! LOL!

As for the child labor...Isn't that why we have them?! If it's still running in my possession, I may pass by the SC Tourney this year with it! |

April 6 this year should be a pretty big one for us. We'll likely be cooking for a car show for The Little Angels Foundation. Eman, my go-to-guy for cooking, will be out of town that weekend. I'll know soon if we're cooking and, let you know. |
