for my basting sauce I melted 1/2 stick butter and added 2 T sweet baby rays BBQ sauce and 1 t minced garlic. seasoned shrimp with Slap ya Mama, worsteshire sauce, crystal hot sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Italian dressing. Potatoes were boiled in liquid crab boil and butter. carrots were cooked in butter, salt and pepper.

Looks delicious!!! Can I substitute corn-on-the-cob for the potatoes?

Ummm, yes you can! LOL. Boiled potatoes the last 2 nights! Brain on auto drive I guess.
