Default sausage in boiled crawfish

How much do ya'll put per sack? I was thinking one box. Or is that too much?

Thats Not too much... whatever you want to eat. It wont soak up as much seasoning as you think it will

just like with the corn and potatoes, I try to have at least one for everyone I expect to be there. with sausages I cut them 2-3" long, if its a big crowd 1 1/2"-2" is going to be the size I use.

some eat a few, some don't eat it at all, but the rations above makes sure everyone who wants one has the opportunity to get at least one.

Last summer I started using a package of the lil smokies. One package per sack seems to work pretty good.

I agree with all the advice above. My two cents is...if you are trying to stretch the Crawfish to feed more people, add more sides (sausage) The general rule I use, as stated above, make sure there is a piece for everyone (piece size depends on number of attendees).

Get you some country pleasing if you can find it, chipped pork that's what I use at the restaurant best sausage I can find
