The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Some more TUNA!!!

One of the most pleasantly surprising things about this website has been the Roux. It is obvious that they are some folks that can flat out cook on this thread. I had been reading the tuna postings and don't you know I get blessed with some tuna steaks. I love when God does that! So I seasoned with sea salt, coarse ground pepper and a dash of lemon pepper and seared in hot olive oil and BOOM! EC
