Definitely need smoked sausage and the mushrooms........I also put lemons in the boil, kids eat it.

you can also get you some cans of green bean pop some holes in them and boil it with your other "greens"

you can throw some brocolli spears in there too...don't boil too long because they'll boil to pieces, but they soak up some flavor...
